Hmm… where do I begin? Probably at the very beginning — because from the very start, everything was perfect! Our first meeting was warm and professional from the very first minute. You instantly won us over with your positive nature. Even during that first conversation, I knew I wanted to plan our day with you. Said and done.

And so our journey together began. The challenge of organizing a full wedding within six months during the time of COVID — for you, not a problem at all! And that is exactly the feeling you always gave us.

We found the perfect location in no time. You guided us through the planning process in a structured and completely stress-free way. Very quickly, I felt as if I were planning my wedding with a close friend, and I truly looked forward to every call, every email, and every little surprise in the mail.

You brought together a perfect team of service providers. It was such a joy to create our special day together with all of them.

We only mention that we had to postpone our wedding because you mastered that entire process with absolute professionalism. Not for a single second did I worry that “Plan B” might not live up to my expectations. Quite the opposite — when the day finally arrived and we knew that COVID was no longer standing in our way, you completely overwhelmed me. My expectations weren’t just met — your work moved me to tears. Everything was planned down to the smallest detail. Everywhere you could see that you truly live for your profession. You were always there whenever I needed you, and yet almost invisible at the same time.

I noticed nothing of the entire coordination, setup, takedown, or arrangements. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing — I was simply a guest at my own wedding. You made us so incredibly happy, throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day itself.

That our journey together has now come to an end makes me a little sad, but I look back on this time with so much joy and still can’t stop marveling at how perfectly you made our day.

Dear Esra, please stay exactly the way you are. With your passion, perseverance, and positive spirit, you are the perfect planner and advisor for me. No matter the mood, you always caught me again and lifted me up. I always knew I could trust you — because your sense for design and your love for detail simply pour out of you, and you implement your visions with absolute precision. If something isn’t perfect, it gets refined until it is. You are truly a person of the heart — and everyone felt that. Sending you the biggest hug.”
